Feeding Birds in the Winter

  • Ammonoosuc Conservation Trust 297 Main St, Unit 1, Fl 2 Franconia, NH, 03580 (map)

Join avid birder, naturalist, and ACT volunteer extraordinaire Dave Govatski for this free Zoom presentation. Feeding birds is a popular activity each winter with many people. This presentation covers winter bird species, bird feeders and how to place them, how to select bird food, dealing with squirrels, and planting native trees and shrubs to attract birds. We will also discuss backyard bird surveys and other activities to learn more about our feathered friends.

This program is free to all participants, but registration is required to attend. Once registered, you will be on the list to receive a Zoom link ahead of the event.
