ACT Book Club!
Join ACT and the Littleton Food Co-op for our March book club meeting! We will be reading and discussing Women on High: Pioneers of Mountaineering by Rebecca Brown, one of ACT’s founding members! We will be meeting from 5:30-6:30pm at the Littleton Food Co-op’s café and will have a list of questions to discuss as well as snacks and light refreshment generously donated by the Co-op.
The book covers the lives and experiences of women throughout history making strides in mountaineering. The stories follow a series of different women summiting high peaks, experiencing extreme weather and achieving amazing feats. This book excites and engages those who love an inspiring story about the mountains and the females that challenged the norm and conquered them. Register now!
