Join the Ammonoosuc Conservation Trust (ACT) at the Bethlehem Public Library to find out how your can attract more wildlife to your backyard. Whether you have rural acreage, a suburban yard, or an in town lot, you can help protect the environment and add beauty and interest to your surroundings. Sigrid Salmela, a UNH Cooperative Extension Speaking for Wildlife volunteer, will lead the conversation and share tips on how landscaping can help increase food and shelter for birds and other wildlife, control soil erosion, reduce sediment in waterways, conserve water and improve water quality all while beautifying your landscape.
