Executive Director

We are seeking our next Executive Director to serve as Chief Executive Officer, leading the organization in accordance with our mission and under the Board of Trustees’ oversight. The role provides strategic and operational leadership, manages staff, volunteers, finances, and priorities, and advances organizational goals. As ACT’s primary public representative, the Executive Director builds strong relationships with landowners, partners, community leaders, and funders; supports essential fundraising; and promotes positive community engagement.
