Join ACT's first Outdoor Yoga class Saturday, Sept. 8 at 10 a.m. held on ACT conserved land at Pearl Lake in Lisbon. Katrine Barclay from Wellness AT Work, and Abby Pisegna, of Root to Bloom Studio will lead a class geared to the first timer and seasoned practitioner alike through individual instruction and an emphasis on listening to your own body. Enjoy yoga outside in a safe, accessible and FUN way with a great view!
ACT is all about community coming together to enjoy the outdoors and honoring our natural environment. This yoga class is intended to do the same by bringing us together to honor our selves in nature as a community!
This outdoor vinyasa flow yoga class combines elements of flow with form. Enjoy a rare experience of participating in an outdoor class, at a stunning location with two experienced yoga teachers. Katrine and Abby will share in the instruction; assisting each student to make the class their own. If you have never tried yoga this will give you an excellent “first.” Those with previous experience will recognize how rare this opportunity is.
Program cost is $10/person to support ACT’s land conservation efforts as well as class instruction. Advanced registration is required.
