For April ACT’s is headed to Littleton starting off with helping you discover walking trails from the center of town! Join us on Saturday Apr. 13th from 2:00 - 5:30 p.m. for the next in ACT's Winter 'Shoes & Brews℠series! The group will meet for a walk on some of PRKR Mountain’s less steep trails at 2:00 p.m. then we’ll head indoors to the Littleton Freehouse for brews and snacks from 4 - 5:30 p.m.
We are so excited to bring another ‘Shoes that can help you explore new places and find adventure in own backyard. We'll be moving at a slow to moderate pace along trails built by PRKR Mountain staff being specifically created for mountain biking and open to hikers and skiers year round. We currently plan for a loop of approximately 2.5-3 miles total with light to moderate elevation gain, that may change but difficulty will be kept minimal. Kids are encouraged to come along and dogs are also welcome!
After the walk the group will head down the hill to the Littleton Freehouse for the Brews where we’ll have refreshments and a warm up. Come enjoy a beverage, catch up with old friends, and get to know more folks in your community. All are welcome (bring a friend!) and are free to come and go as needed. The event will officially run from 4 pm to about 5:30pm but you're invited to stay and enjoy the delicious fair on the full menu! A big thanks to the Littleton Freehouse for supporting with a co-sponsorship.
Not able to make it to both portions? We'd love to see you at either please just leave a note in the registration to let us know so we can plan accordingly. If you're only coming to the Tavern, please bring a friend(s)!
Registration for this event is required - for your safety and enjoyment we must cap the snowshoe at 20 participants so please be sure to pre-register ASAP. Be aware registration closes at noon on Friday, April 12th.
Once registered, you will receive an e-mail with details on the meeting location.
