Join ACT's 4th annual Mindfulness Series with two outdoor yoga classes on Saturday, Sept 11th and 25th at 10 am held on ACT conserved land. Katrine Barclay from Wellness AT Work and Stacey Doll from Rooted by Stacey will each lead a class geared to the first timer and seasoned practitioner alike. Enjoy yoga outside in a safe, accessible and FUN way with a great view!
ACT is all about community coming together to enjoy the outdoors and honoring our natural environment. This yoga class is intended to do the same by bringing us together to honor ourselves in nature as a community!
These more regenerative style yoga classes will combine elements of flow with form. Enjoy a rare experience of participating in an outdoor class at a stunning location. All levels and abilities are welcome, from first timers to experienced yogis!
Each class costs $10/person to support ACT’s land conservation efforts as well as class instruction. Advanced registration is required. Please pre-register by clicking the "Register Today" button below corresponding to the class you’d like to join. Need help? Call the office at (603) 823-7777. Once registered, you will receive an e-mail confirming your registration. If you do not receive a confirmation your registration did not take, please either try again or call the office.
