In 2009 NH Audubon and NH Fish and Game completed a report detailing population trends for the 186 species known to breed in our state. Join ACT on Friday, March 27th at 6 pm to hear what was learned from that report and what more has been discovered in the 11 years since.
Leading the discussion is NH Audubon's Avian Conservation Biologist, Pamela Hunt, who authored the report and works closely with NH Fish and Game to coordinate and prioritize bird research and monitoring in the state.
Pam will take us on a deeper dive into the report that outlines general population trends, major threats facing each habitat, and some of the conservation strategies that might help populations and habitats recover.
